Unopened products can be returned within 14 days for a FULL refund, minus the shipping fees. Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org in advance of your intentions to return or exchange a product, so that our staff can assist you with a smooth transaction. We will process a full refund using your original of payment.
After 14 days, or if the product has been opened, you can receive a full credit that can be used at Hopewind. We will email you a credit code that you can use for future purchases.
After 30 days, all sales are final.
Damages issues/Wrong Product.
Should an item be damaged while it is being shipped or we send the incorrect product, we will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Email us at email@example.com to start the this process, we will assist you in resolving any issues.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
