Adult Use: Roll on directly where you feel your head aching, such as temples, along hairline, forehead, or back of neck. Add a small amount under the nose if desired. Massage into affected areas with fingers and heals of your hands and if possible, sit or lie quietly with eyes closed. Cup nose and mouth with hands and breathe in deeply through the nose while you visualize the pain dissipating. Use several times throughout the day.
