Vaporize: add 4-10 drops of Mountain Air to a medium size pot of boiled water after removing from heat source. Diffuse or vaporize only for children under 12yrs.
Adult Use: Steam inhalation, add no more than 2-3 drops of Mountain Air to a pot of boiled water after removing from heat source, close eyes and inhale vapours for up to 5 min. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children and animals. Avoid in pregnancy, with epilepsy, or high blood pressure. If skin irritation occurs with contact, wash with soap and water.
